Stock CC recapped, screen goes purple

I have a stock Color Classic that was recapped with tantalums years ago. It has worked great for over 5 years. When I booted up today, the screen was tinted purple. When opening windows and checking out settings, it went back to normal color but then eventully went to purple again. It seems to change back and forth from purple to normal color at random intervals. What should I check for?

I've had this happen when the logic board is seated slightly off - pull the logic board out and reseat it, see if the problem goes away.

Thanks Eric, I just bought a BluSCSI with the wi-fi board from Joe's Museum that i'm gonna put in there to replace the whining spin drive before it dies. I read on the "other" board to check the connectors from the yoke as well. When it's fixed I'll post back what I think it was.
