Studio Display CRT Adapter Help

Hey there, I figured you guys would be the best place for help, aside from 68kmla

I just bought a g4 cube with a crt studio display, and this thing is absolutely gorgeous. I know there is the JasonDoesItAll ADC adapter to connect to a modern pc, and this is really my goal, especially since recently the startup signal has been figured out and an application created for it. Unfortunately I just don't have a single resource or skill to build one myself. Is there anyone out there who would be able to help me make one? Someone I can commission? Ive reached out to @fehervaria about their adapter over a month ago, but I haven't heard a reply.

Any help or directions where else to go would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Dr. Bott makes a cable called the DVIator with no logic in them, it is simply a wire adapter with a power brick (not included in the linked item). Similar to this on Instructables. And there is the original Apple adapter.

Ah, sadly these are all only for a dvi conversion for digital lcd monitors, as none of the apple official (or dr bott) adapters carry analog signals for the CRT monitor.

Hey, I haven't forgot about you. I have the adapter I just haven't gotten around to finding a box and getting a shipping quote. I will try to get one in the next day. Still wasn't able to get them to work - hopefully you'll be able to get it to work. Also, you'll need a decent 24V power supply.

Correct me if I am wrong, but there is no magic (logic or conversion) in this box either. The only thing analog that it connects is the Analog pins in the ADC to the analog pins on the VGA port. So your "modern PC" needs to have a VGA port on it. If you want to use a DVI-A connector, then you will have to wire in pins C1-C4.
