I'm having a really hard time trying to find some of the DIP DRAM's used in the 500+

Has anyone got any lurking in their stores?

I found an A2091 without any memory on it, so I took a look on AliExpress and ordered 30 of these (it's always good to have some spares):

The price is good, so the only downside is waiting for delivery.
