Missing 250 to 281? that's wild. That's earlier than the revised edition I got back in November 2021 right?

I ordered my Oct 29th 2021, the first day this edition was available - I just didnt check till today.

Really wish the book could be purchased from Amazon.

Why's that? The shipping, even though from the UK is really fast. Also the price is right.
