Tips for upgrading my Lisa's MacWorks install from System 4.1 to System 6?

I'm deep into the process of getting my 'new' Lisa 2/10 setup the way I want. I was able to use my Floppy Emu to install Lisa OS and MacWorks to the internal 10MB Widget drive (I split it into two 5MB partitions), but the MacWorks side of the system is on System 4.1, which works... but I'd much rather have System 6.

I'd be grateful for any beginner-friendly tips on how I should go about this - it's been a while since I did anything like this with a Mac, and I've never done this with a Lisa...

IIRC there are 3 versions of MacWorks: XL, Plus, and Plus II. Plus gets you to system 6. Plus II all the way to 7. You should be able to find them on Macintosh Garden and other repos of old Mac software.
