Hi all, I'm new here! Good to find a great community like this one!
I've been scratching my head getting Networking working my Macintosh Classic for the past few days now.
I've decided to use DaynaPort via the RASCSI, I've installed all the prerequisite software on the Pi and the Classic but no luck, it appears that the DaynaPort driver isn't detecting the DaynaPort hardware provided by the RASCSI on the SCSI bus. (Even though the hardware is detected in the DaynaPort Hardware Diagnostics and SCSIProbe 3.5.
When I launch the DaynaPort installer I get the error "Please Install your DaynaPort hardware or make sure the hardware is installed correctly"
If I click "Custom Install" and install the driver anyway I get this error when selecting "Ethertalk" in the "Network" panel. "Could Not Switch to EtherTalk due to an error. Your Connection will be reset to LocalTalk"
I've tried multiple Disk Images (The ones provided by RASCSI on Macintosh Garden and others)
If anyone has any knowledge with Dayna Port on the Classic I would definitely appreciate your advice!
Thanks.
