The seller is fantastic, never had an issue with service or getting the product, HOWEVER their BGA chips are somewhat suspect with the solder balls, they are clean but they appear to be 100Sn, even on leaded packages. When buying a CPU from them, note you may have to reball the chip with a better solder to install it properly. Seller is Zoe's CPU Store. https://www.ebay.com/str/zoescpustore

TL;DR, reball before you install.

Removed this chip after 5 flow attempts, temperature increasing from 350 to 425C (Yes I know it's too hot but I wanted to see if the solder would even melt)

Whatever this solder is, remove it if you're installing BGA chips from this seller and reapply something good.

Isn't that par for the course though? I've only ever seen BGA rework done with fresh balls, before the part is installed.
