What is your weirdest PC Card. (And what does it do)

As the title says, what is one of the stranger or strangest cards you have? I know the Mac world has some wild ones, but how about PC?

My personal one is an FM radio tuner card. I know of weirder things, but a radio tuner card baffles and delights me. Radios were everywhere, still are, and recording radio was pretty easy on other devices too. It seems so strange.

Well, I think you win, outside of unusual lab setups.

I do have several radioSHARKs. Not PCI, but USB and they work with nearly everything, including Power Macs (my G4 server is configured to record shows from it and play its output to a house FM transmitter: https://tenfourfox.blogspot.com/2018/03/and-now-for-something-completely.html ).
