Ooof - has that damaged the speaker??
I wonder if that gives an idea for some fantastic mini subwoofer for more bass at your feet at the desk? 
Not at all. The speaker opening is conical in shape on the QS so the adapter rested on the interior taper of said opening, never reaching the speaker.

My niece, when she was four, put a piece of a snickers bar on top of the airflow sensor plate that my old Volvo wagon's fuel injection system had. Looks like time for electrical stimulation/conditioning of a young brain when it comes poking around in both light sockets and electrical outlets?
Maybe better to do the lessons separately to avoid confusion?

Heh, that sometimes doesn't work. By the time I was 2, I'd done that already myself. Kinda backfired.
