Windows NT 4.0 on the Apple Network Server (and TNT Macs)

This is a breakout from the thread Apple Network Server MacOS based ROMs found. Triggered by the ROM findings, bringup of Windows NT becomes a larger project and quickly takes over the original thread. To not pollute the original thread more than already done, I thought it might be better to keep Windows NT separate.

Note that AI tools have been used as part of Windows NT on ANS bringup/debugging; I know that is a red flag for some and I fully respect that; if so, you should stop reading here.

Quick update, I'm going to have to pause work right now because I have hit a pretty big roadblock after a successful Windows NT 4.0 on my 700.

The roadblock starts after the first reboot directly after Windows NT is installed on the internal drive. Just the fact that the install process is working is very encouraging.

I will try to prototype some more, and see if I can either replicate or mitigate that kind of potential problem
