Finally found why the N64 logic board - which I got a great deal on - wouldn’t start (no sound / video).
two pads (AD6 & AD9) had a break directly where the trace meets the pad. A quick bodge (once you find it) and I’m playing GoldenEye!

When you want to test a RGB mod but don't want to wait for a PCB. Each wire is 0.25mm
