Thats Mac Mini 3.1 I believe
Because AppleID in El Cap is too old/won't be accepted because Apple is trying to force you to upgrade.
Just skip it and you can add AppleID once you have signed in Finder.

I did have an issue last year with Buyee - it was Sonnet PowerPC G3 500mhz CPU and it ended up in warehouse and I was stuck there. Same reason "semiconductors substrates" too.
I was able to resolve by forwarding to a friend in Japan's address and he was able to forward to me without any issues...
Ive done the same with you - on PowerBook G3 wallstreet & PDQ, iBook Clamshell & iBook plus PowerBook 1400 as well - as soon you feel stiffness its time to oil it otherwise you will end up damaging the hinges to begin with!.

The last thing I did with a G5 - was preparing for sale. It was a dual 2.5ghz and I felt bad selling it but I just didn't have a use for it. I also have Dual 1.8ghz sitting under the workbench doing nothing - It is something I wont be touching unfortunately as I'd rather use G4 MDD.

Oooh thank you for thorough reply - and that enabler - opens more doors.
I just made a development today after I posted this, I found Newer Technology MacClip Jnr in my sash (which I had forgotten!) - I installed that today and managed to get it upto 44mhz.
I am still planning to do Option C...
