The adapter has settings for the 12" RGB, but no matter what jumper settings I try it will always default to 640x480. UPDATE: I tested again this morning to make sure that tired eyes weren't the issue here, and I've confirmed that none of these jumper settings will work.

I've used the card in a B&W G3 running 8.5 and I've used it in a Motorola clone running 7.6.1 The idea here is to eliminate the Mac and see if the card is just bad.

I'd move the card to a different PCI PowerMac in your collection that is capable of running 7.6.1.
