No it is regular SE but I know that early SE models had diferent fan so could be you have an early model. What does yours fan look like? Regular one or cage one?

That is strange as my SE has SE/30 logic board and everything fit as should..

Got it from a friend. There are 4 DSP chips on card with own LED light for each chip. I will try to do some Photoshop tests.
