I just got a 7100/66 board in the post - each and every electrolytic cap has leaked and leaked into the ground plane surrounding them! :o

For me, it's an Acorn 3010 or 3020 — hard to find one for a decent price these days, that's not been destroyed by the power of Varta battery explosion.

Funny you should ask, our school had RM Pentium 3 PC’s based on the AOpen (remember them?) 440BX boards and most had a 3dfx Voodoo 3 AGP in them (a few had Riva TNT2’s) and there never seemed to be any issues, on Windows 98SE.

Not hard at all, took about 10mins to figure out how to do it! Have a look at the github for it, the .xls files are the ones you want to look at.

I will definitely vouch for the smt assembly service at jlc, they've done a great job, very neat.

Argh, yes, sorry the silkscreen in that area is rather cramped.

This datsheet might help - start by probing the address lines and see if there's any wierdness :)
