Not sure what output and settings to do I’ve been messing with it for hours

So I have a DB-15 to a dub-15 to vga adapter connected to the Extron and hdmi going out, is this the adapter issue?

So not sure what to do I have everything finally altogether and hooked up but I get no video out what am I doing wrong, I tried on my 950 and on my LCs.

All I need is a screen any “cheap” available units?
