I realize this is an old post but it's an interesting problem. The HyperCard stack could be toggled to display full screen with a key click. I'll poke around and see what I can come up with. Maybe I can incorporate this as an example stack for my course on practical applications.
This is one of the reasons I only bid on items I can pick up locally from auction sites and individual sellers, present company excluded. The downside of course is a limited selection. If you are a collector, you're going to do a much better job of packaging.

I miss the early days when I worked at a small consulting company and the owners asked us "who knows how to create web pages?". None of us really did. At least not dynamically generated web sites, but a few of us knew how to use markup languages. Our first web sites sucked AND it was...
Definitely keep and sell the adapters! When I purchased my Performa 550 the owner insisted on removing the hard drive which is entirely understandable. They did not realize the adapter went with the computer. Convinced them to remove it and give it to me. Totally worth a second trip to pick it...
I have the same adapter.

I’m sure I can find a reference. I remember doing this in college and at work for a “database” I created for a program - back before we had relational databases for DOS programming. You essentially allocate memory for each structure. You add a couple of pointers to your structure, one for the...
I am attempting to work through the examples in Macintosh C Programming Primer Vol. 1 Second Edition by Dave Mark and Cartwright Reed using Think C 6.0.1. I'm running into some issues with the code. While looking for answers I ran across this article in MacTech by Dave Mark. Odds and Ends -...
This is great! I’ll be using my IIci as my dev machine and maybe my PB 150c PB 520c for portability. Although I may need to swap out my SD with A/UX to do it. I’m not sure if I can run Think C v6 under OS 7.0.1, or can I?
I like the idea of some structure and being able to post questions, have discussions, toss ideas for projects around, etc. I think this is an opportunity to eat our cake and have it too.
Think C is on my "to do" list. I like the idea of perusing multiple areas so I can switch back and forth. The HyperCard thing is going to take a couple of years to do.
I once had a SCSI2CD and have switched to using exclusively BlueSCSI. The kit price is reasonable and they are dead simple to setup and configure - especially since the latest firmware supports USB.
