Can they provide a small sample spool first (250g?) so we can do a couple test prints for matching? Do they certify that their Pantone match is to the final printed item?

We have a Pantone and RAL nearly exact match. So if we stick with one of those standards, we'll be okay.

That's nifty! If they can do RGB color codes, my color matching (over five items, each item sampled five times then averaged) indicates that the closest match is #BFBCB1.
