    Wifi DaynaPORT on Macintosh Portable

FYI that ram the AS7C4096A-12TCN is quite a lot cheaper on aliexpress and lcsc electronics. I know they might be chinesium but they might be a good alternative to $10 per ic!

LCD Replacement for the Macintosh Portable

I have bummer news. I don't think a plug and play is possible for the Porrtable's LCD port. Because Androda moves the old connector over... As stated in the description here:https://androda.work/product/macintosh-backlit-portable-m5126-screen-flex-cable/ So I have to find a new route, sooooo...

Alright, working on the code right now, but just got my portable apart aaaanndddd... The adapter hat doesn't fit! 😭 Now I have to figure out exactly what headers I can buy or make, so it's just a plug and play procedure. I don't want to use the original cable if I don't have to because my...

Portable RAM Card 1MB -> 3MB by adding 658128ALFP chips. Is the B revision acceptable?

Well, I would give it a try. Only because logical reasoning says: The non backlit can only take SRAM but the backlit can take SRAM and P-SRAM, so I would think it would be okay...

    Lead Time for JLCPCB Order?

Oh. I've never used PCBA before, so that would explain it.

    Lead Time for JLCPCB Order?

Agreed to @Sideburn above post. If you're board is smaller then 102mm x 102mm then it's cheaper. But the price goes up astronomically if you buy a board bigger then that or want more then 4 layers.

    Lead Time for JLCPCB Order?

Agreed! That's about the amount of time it took for my pcb's to arrive. (It's also the cheapest)

LCD Replacement for the Macintosh Portable

Question for those who will use it in the upcoming (however long it is) future! Would you like a usb-c on the final design for updating the code on the rp235xA, or a micro usb-b? The micro usb-b is a LOT cheaper to implement (or so I've found...) But I am asking for your user serviceability...

LCD Replacement for the Macintosh Portable

Alright, An update is due... Good news! The PCB's showed up and I was able to solder most of the components on... Bad news, the aliexpress order hasn't shown up yet and I tore the pads for the FPC connector on the board was working on, I noticed it after I had put all the other components on :(...
