Agree, break those seals! Those floppies won't last available, archiving the data before it rots away is important for preservation. As for archival, disk copy will work, but for that much stuff you may want to look into investing into a proper dumping rig using something like an AppleSauce or...

Yes, it should be. The voltage is the maximum that the capacitor can handle, running it at lower voltages will be fine for an electrolytic cap.

Caps aren't actually getting here until tomorrow now, and I'm not going to be around to work on it until Monday afternoon so no updates until then. And then of course those last 2 caps I didn't realize I needed won't get here until wednesday... I'll bet if I could figure out which ones are used...
