Tweaked ROM-inator PCB (Open Source / Open Hardware Project)

Could you please let me know the spec. of the low-profile pins? I would look around in EU/Germany what would be the possibility. I love this thingy!

Drop unposted thread button would be great

I had a guess, this is a development design decision from the forum engine developers. Just I don't get the point "why" . . . But it is ok. Thank you for your answer.

    Centris 650 Upgrades

I find one very similar to those. AmigaKit.com sells it. 25-PIN FEMALE DSUB DB25 TO 50-WAY IDC FEMALE SCSI ADAPTER

    BMOW ROM-inator install in Mac512!

I am honestly jealous now, James! This is amazing! The BlueSCSI is also on my list of projects. I started to collect the components. I ordered 20 of the STM32 one day accidentally. 🙃

    Dark mode vs. Light mode

Thank you James, Not exactly. In general the design (colours, fonts, icons, etc) are looking very good in the Dark mode. What I would like to point, about the 'Dark mode vs Light mode' is to use "exactly" the same design language but - let me make simple my explanation - the light mode is...

    Not only vintage Computers

I am proud owner of the Chevelle Malibu Classic, but there was a time when we both with my wife were driving something V8 motorized. An El Camino from '76 (280HP) and the Chevelle from '77 (180HP) Do you drive something vintage? PS: for daily I'm using an electric vehicle, a Hyundai Kona...

    Centris 650 Upgrades

I have one Quasimodo from 1987 - but that has no bus-termination possibility either. Create a bullet proven 50 -> 25 pinout is no problem

Drop unposted thread button would be great

Maybe would be better to add a button side by the "Post thread" button to be able to NOT post the text - something like "Drop unposted" - like a cancel button. What do you think?

    Centris 650 Upgrades

Absolutely. I just like the robust and stable solution. A cable solution is always a little flappy and a thicker PCB is like an adapter.

    Dark mode vs. Light mode

I like very much the features and the design of the "Dark mode" but my eyes getting extremely tired reading bright text on dark background. Would it be possible to have exactly the same look-and-feel in Light mode than in the Dark mode? I attached two screen-shots to make it easier to compare.

    Centris 650 Upgrades

@phipli do you have the development files? (not the gerber, than the schematic and PCB design - in KiCad or so?) Would be great to extend with a Centronics female connector to be able to connect the bus-terminator too. Then it is really a "boxless enclosure".
