PRAM batteries

Installed a cheap SSD from Amazon and I am shocked at how much faster this machine is now. Certainly will be doing this to my other workstations in the collection.

Does anyone happen to have a recommendation for a application that assists with creating a bootable USB drive so I can put a fresh install of an OS on this computer? I’ve tried following directions to do it manually but Monterey doesn’t seem to want to play nice.
