Congrats on launching the store! It'd be nice if the page could detect the viewer's region and default to only showing the items that are for that region. A widget to then change it manually would be good for folks using VPNs and such. Thanks and good luck with the shop.

How is the internal drive jumpered? I recently had a LCIII that wasn't mounting external SCSI devices of any sort. I noticed the internal drive (a transplant fro, something else) was set to ID1. I changed it to ID0 and external stuff started to work.

@Tony359 that's a good tip. Thanks The Swyft card takes over the ROM and stops spinning the drive if nothing is inserted. If something is inserted it goes into normal IIe mode and boots the disk.

Another update: I swapped the ROMs and tried another known-working PSU and the issue persisted. Next I'm going to swap the whole logic board.

From that description it sounds to me like you have a continuity issue that clears up after warmup. Something needs cleaning and/or reflowing IMO.

Control reset does stop the drive motor and light. Yes the head does the track 0 chatter. PSU looks good. Dead on voltage rails with no drives attached. The 12V rail drops to like 11.7 when the drive is attached and motor is continuously running.

Can you explain that a bit more? What specifically is happening at cold boot and how does it change after warmup? The lined pattern you're seeing is the default state of the VRAM and it looks consistent. So the VRAM is almost certainly okay. You more likely have a continuity or contention issue...
