6100 Schematic?

Had a working 6100. I recapped and ISO cleaned. Now will not boot. I am probing what I believe is the egret chip and get signal all around except nothing on pin 7. A schematic would help or someone knowing where that pin goes. I have double checked all the caps I changed and am not finding any problem there.

Thanks. Not sure the boards are that similar. The pin goes to a via and I have not been able to trace yet.
