Is there a good video out there for repairing the sticky parking problem on a SCSI drive? I got multiple drives to read following @techknight video on temporary repair but have not found something that shows me how to fix the problem more permanently.

Not exactly what you're after, but here's the problem...
I just cleaned off the rubber bumper "tar" and replaced with some stripped sheathing off some old thick wire (kitchen oven).
Tip: I got the rubber bumper tar everywhere first go so clean off with disposable tools, eg. paper towel and toothpick.
