About the GW logo and reproductions:
Removed the GW logo from the prerelease Rev.3 USB PCB, in KiCad:
Created a new gerber from the above and uploaded it to JLCPCB:
Looks like $31.90 for (5) green PCB's at JLCPCB.
$51.35 total, with shipping, or $10.27 per individual PCB.
I'd have to solder each SMD/chip component by hand, in order to build the (2) I'd want.
BOM and component placement numbers are included as .CSV files in the gerber.zip attached below.
This should be everything necessary to build these, assuming this is the correct PCB revision, which I believe it is.

You're welcome! In looking at the WarpSE thread, the September 5th 2024 post from Zane, was the PCB version that was sent out to the testers, they all replied that they had received working accelerators (while working through the firmware bugs):

When the OP said that the last revision of the PCB was not working, Rev.3 would be the one that the testers received and reported to be working, prior to the final PCB.
If I were to build these WarpSE boards, I'd need to sell this SE/30 logic board first, it's been recapped, ultrasonic cleaned, and has all 105°C caps; it has 8Mb of mixed RAM, and was fully tested with a TechStep, all functions work like new. Comes with PRAM also, either Pxcell lithium with the top clip, or a CR232 adapter and coin cell.

Indeed we did! Mine is still in my SE, and working excellent. Thank you for your work on finding the right board schematic; maybe I might try to build one of these myself in due time.

Since I'd have to order (5) PCB's minimum, to have the (2) WarpSE board's that I'd want, I was thinking about buying all of the parts to make (5) complete kits, then if someone wants to buy and assemble a kit too, they could.

Since the WarpSE was designed to work with very specific, and out of production chips, I took a look at what would be necessary to get this project going.
U8 and U9 require Samsung KM48C2100BS-6, or (2) 2M x 8Bit CMOS Dynamic RAM with Fast Page Mode, chips.
In order to get these, I'd need to individually remove them from a RAM module, to be sure I get them inexpensively and not fakes.
The other chips in the boxes above, are also still for sale on ebay, just need to get them from a reputable source.
The smaller chips/transitors/caps/resistors, which I've seen referred to as 'bird seed', are all still available at JLCPCB, and could be installed by their pick & place machine when having the WarpSE boards made.
Was thinking I'd have everything but the chips in the boxes above, soldered by JLCPCB, to reduce the hassle and room for error when assembling these. The micro USB connector for firmware flashing may also be a problem, as those are hard to find at the moment.
Will do a bit more research and then get a new quote for the WarpSE boards, with the bird seed already installed.
