I'm having an issue with an LCII. The unit was dead so I went ahead and recapped it. It starts now but I'm getting this static weirdness on the display. Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be?

Check for capacitor damage around C2. There are a lot of traces related to the CLUTDAC (UJ10) that run nearby. See sheet 5 of 5 on the schematic.

Check also if the caps themselves for the video area are intact, could be a damaged trace in that area, as it has been re-capped, it does indicate rather that a damaged trace is the issue.
