Since it's Thanksgiving in the US today, I should express my thanks for Panasonic's low-ESR OS-CON capacitors. They're the ideal choice when recapping of the LC575 "Mystic" motherboard, especially when you upgrade the CPU and/or overclock.

@JDW As always, I'm terrible at trying to find alternative capacitors. Any you would recommend for the 100uF caps since they are on backorder?

Thank you for alerting me to the backorder status on Mouser! I will update the text description.

If you would like the exact same part number I used (bearing in mind there is nothing too magical about it), Digikey has stock here.

Alternatively, Mouser has these alternatives in stock which will work just as well, since they are all SMD solid polymer (NOT "hybrid") with very low ESR. Some are 5mm in diameter which is what I used in my video, but 6.3mm diameter SMD caps will fit just fine too on the LC575 Mystic motherboard.

By the way, there is a big benefit to using OS-CON (or similar Aluminum Organic Polymer Capacitors) over Tantalum (solid or polymer) which I will explain in a forthcoming video on overclocking. Suffice it to say, you are definitely on the right track using the same or similar caps I show in my video above. Please let me know how your recap goes!

Well done. I haven't seen a UV light burn a mask like that before. I've been using a fairly low power CFL blacklight to patch masks, which should be emitting mostly UV-A. Makes me wonder where in the spectrum your flashlight is.

It may have simply been proximity and duration. How close have you kept your light to a board and for how long? I had my light very close to the board for several minutes because I had a little bit too much UV solder mask on there and it took longer for it to harden.

I keep it a few inches away. It cures the compound in about half an hour, but leaving it on overnight doesn't cause damage.

A few inches means at least 3 inches, which means about 7.5cm. I had my light that far away at first, but it wasn't curing after a couple minutes so I moved it as close as 1cm away for another few minutes and then I saw the burn mark. Proximity clearly matters, as does wattage. Not sure if the UV was too intense or if it was just too close. Maybe both. Live and learn!
