Greetings,
I need some help identifying just what I have here. I picked up this Lisa from the estate of an Apple dealer who used to work for Apple.
There are some things I don't recognize. They may be normal on models I am not familiar with or they may mean something else?

First, an Apple inventory tag:

Second, some oddities in the back bay, including a CRT neck opening without the usual cover (it looks like one was not present) that is now covered with what appears to copper tape, NO black plastic tube, and a different set of vents cut into the sheet metal (round vent holes instead of square vents on the base), there are also two round holes beneath the CRT extension that are horizontal and high as opposed to vertical and low.

The machine in question left and 'normal' right.

Next, the back is labeled B for brightness and F for focus. These are normally symbols:

And, finally (at least so far) and bit of weirdness on the CPU board at S279:

I am certainly no expert on Lisa variations and could use someone's brain here to help me out.
Lisa 1 conversion? Prototype? Mad hobbyist mods? Something normal that I am not familiar with?

Thanks

More anomalies:

Extra feet and round ventilation holes:

No serial number or product identifier:

Extra cable coming off the main board connector (unconnected):
(this cable is coiled and appears to be quite long. Maybe for diagnostics or peripheral?)

Any ideas? Not sure about the I/O board or the CPU board but the case and frame is something new to me.
Please let me know if you have an idea as to what I am looking at.
Thanks
