I think the heater would still be on, so less efficient and adds to wear and tear.

Good catch. I've added in C14. It's a 22uF 50V axial like C6. I did not include C33 or C37 (Ceramic disc caps) since I've never seen those fail and AFAIK are not common to replace prophylactically. I can add them in here as optional if others think it's a good idea. Edit: @JDW are you...
