Need solution for HDI-45 to DB-15 connectors for video out

Feel free to check it out and provide feedback. I plan to take photos of the next adapter I assemble and insert them into the assembly instructions in the readme. Also, I'm working with @jcm-1 to get some pre-made versions listed in his store for those that don't want to go through the hassle of getting PCBs made, assembling, 3d printing a case, etc. Hopefully this will help people save some money. And actually be a better adapter than Apple's because it won't require an adapter attached to an adapter to get VGA output.

OK, the first "professionally" printed cases came back from JLC3DP and they fit really well. I was worried that variations in my printer and small tolerances of the parts may mean that my 3d models work well only on my 3d printer with the filament I use. But, the resin prints from JLC3DP, using their cheap 9600 resin are very, very nice. The fit of the PCB is good in the case, the screws work well at keeping it together, and the pin shroud goes into the female HDI-45 port smoothly. This first order was for the HD-15 version of the adapter.



The DA-15 version is on the way, but is an earlier revision, so it may not work as well when assembled. The current version of the case adds some spacers for the PCB and the bottom piece to keep it from becoming crooked in the case due to the DA-15 port having pins that stick out further than the screw standoff. I have an order of a few of the new versions coming as well that I'll try out. But I'd say both the PCB and the 3d cases are safe for people to order their own if needed.

Also, the pre-assembled versions are on their way to Joes Computer Museum, so hopefully they will be there shortly and then live in his store.

I expect the profits to be easily distributed with pennies (maybe even quarters). If you want your payout in the form of a produced adapter, send me the address and I would gladly whip you a couple adapters for you help! I've gotten pretty good at assembly and I bought the PCBs in bulk, so I should have enough to send out.
