It looks like Xenforo theoretically supports this - but downvote buttons can be abused. I think once we're better established, mods should look at the cases individually and suggest to the OP of the thread/post that they might want to change what they posted - users have the ability to edit all...

Well, I was thinking of using regular dram chips that are available in quantity, not necessarily sdram or sram.

Ooooh handspring! I remember, my first paycheque from Blockbuster went on one of those and a 20 inch pizza. I carried it around for about 6 months, but then i realised i never really did anything with it, other than constantly put it on charge :D

This is luckily, the AIC-7880P. I do actually have some 29F010 EEPROM's, which i presume should also work in place of those earlier ones mentioned, but i bought a dozen of the Atmel ones, just in case. I found the firmware updater - it's STILL on the adaptec site! If i have time, i'll solder...
