I've never heard of the show, but very often the image of Norwegian food is hyped beyond recognition by excellent marketing companies... It seems very difficult for some of them to comprehend the fact that we are at heart a farming and fishing community and that our food were "designed" to last...

This is what I use in my 450 Cube. Disk: Adapter: The adapter had one very important quality: It was the cheapest one I could find on ebay! I also bought a 2.5" to 3.5" metal carrier/adapter on ebay that worked a treat.
