I'm in the process of recapping a couple of NeXTCubes and was a little surprised it's kind of hard to find good cap info. So here's an attempt. The MLB/PSU info here is based on an early serial NeXT Computer. So your milage may vary if there are other revisions of these boards. The Magneto Optical drive cap info is based on a thread from NeXTComputers.org.

Note the MO drive cap sizes are very small through-hole caps. Be careful when ordering. I had to source from both DigiKey and Mouser to get the right sizes.

At least for the NeXT Stations I have seen almost no leaky caps. Only one Station Turbo showed some and I recapped them. Usually it is enough to replace the 47 / 16 Caps AFAIK. Having plenty of those handy is anyways advised :)

Hey @Elemenoh! This is a great cap compilation [especially for the PSU]. One question, which of the Cube PSU's does this list refer to? There were a few of them used. The older of them was used in original 030 Cubes, while older '030's and '040' used another. The PSU's model number [thankfully] is on the tag. It'll either be 151 or 953. Thank you for posting this....and if it's for the 953, you've saved me a bunch of time!

The best source is definitely the book “Inside NeXT - A guide to the Black Hardware“, where you can find a list of capacitors for each item.
Concerning the MO Drive, I have refurbished a few units, with fair rate of success (5/6). I did the last two units a few years ago using surface mounted components instead of through hole. Tricky, but doable and the result is very neat. They still work flawlessly.

Just recapped a Turbo Board (at least the 47/16v parts)

I looked through my copy of the book (which I adore). It doesn't have a cap list for the Cube at all. The NeXTStation lists do not include power supplies. But most importantly the first page of the repair section says

The author of this book, who has simply collected this documentation from the web, is in no way responsible for any damage caused to the machine when attempting to repair it, or for any personal injury caused by inexperience or negligence in the execution of the procedures described below.

So while it's a very nicely laid out resource, it's just a collection of info found online, is not itself searchable, and the book is out of print. It's not an ideal or complete source for someone looking to recap their NeXT stuff IMO.

Update: the book references this as the source for most of its cap lists: http://www.asterontech.com/Asterontech/Welcome.html and the MO caps are credited to https://www.nextcomputers.org/NeXTfiles/Docs/Hardware/NeXT_Magneto_Optical_Service_Manual.pdf but that link is 404
