After watching a popular youtuber's recent Patreon-only video, I was inspired to retry my Logic LUB-SC adapter which I purchased from Sendico on my birthday in 2021.
I am pretty sure the drive I was testing it on was ID 0. My M1 Mac Mini recognized the USB device appropriately but didn't...
There's an option under filtering to sort by Title (ascending).
In this case, I'd say it's better to use the filter than to change the default sorting; I suspect most people would want to see newest first (default). Also, I didn't see an option to change the sorting for resources directories.
I woke up one chilly morning in the middle of December, last year, to an eBay alert. There was a TAM bass unit available for less than $1000! I groggily reviewed the photos and made an impulse purchase after being "awake" for less than 3 minutes.
I was in luck but certainly not in a traditional...
I think the most practical option is abandoning the fluorescent light and ballast entirely. Obviously, this impacts how much you want to keep it "original". Converting this to LED could be as simple as buying a USB / wall-wart LED strip and thin sheet of diffusing material to sandwich between...
Does this 1000 foot view show anything unusual?
Note
For pins with a voltage range (e.g., BG) the values represent the lower and upper fluctuating voltage.
For pins with a frequency range (e.g., D1) the values represent fluctuations typical fluctuations observed over a ~5 second window.
I...
I do have a 30 pin design, but so does @Zane Kaminski on the Garrett's Workshop github. Probably the most convenient (and well documented) starting point for anyone that wants to roll their own :)
Interesting problem, there are a few ways to approach it (e.g., convert to USB, use a small power supply).
Are there any photos available of the internals?
I think I have a working kickstand and hinge connector, but frankly I don't think I have the time to tear it all down. If someone wants to mail an example working hinge connector to me (highlighted in red) I will gladly make a 3D model for testing.
I seem to recall there's another version...
Yes, the Cinema Hinge replacement is here. I wonder if a replacement hinge / tabbed component could be 3D printed with a carbon fibre / nylon filament? Looking at the alloy from the photo, it's clearly not very strong.
