    A Classic II/LC III laptop/book….

As they arrived at the black model, design did become more logic and practical. Shape simplyfied, keybord edges protected. Instead of creating an overly complex laptop, the apple guys could have proceed in this direction, with a minimal partscount. 🍀

Lasercutting is to my knowledge more cost effective to waterjetting. It does have a minimal burr. No real problem, I feel. 🍀

    A takky Mac…..

Hey there! Thanks again, but its all not that spectacular. Once youve got the idea/engineering right to the concept solution, its just CAD time & prototyping. I use solidworks btw. That is why I suggested you to have a look at Siemens Solidedge. Its very similar to SW, just try it, you never...

Lasercutting acrylics should be no problem. Suspect you should go over 3mm to get some stability from that. If you guys like tranparent/color so much, why not cast it in a mould? Any added colormix glitter or items is then posible 🌈 🍀

    A “NEW” quadra 800?

After a search for a Q700 and suiting powermac cases, its hard finding a decent one. I do like the idea of a compact sized case. So now aiming to create something myself for the Q800 board. Ive done a casedesign for a controllerbox a while back, what with some adjustment and turned on the...

Scaling an Open Source DIY 3D Scanner to computer case dimensions?

Correct, autodesk reduced fusion functionalitys over time, getting that available to paying customers only. They did offer also a nice program 123catch. A fotogrametry 3D scanning software for the Ipad. That was also removed from the store, for some fake marketing reason I suspect. Not my brand.
