I purchased a version 1.0 Blue SCSI kit from Tom Barber, and he was kind enough to send me the 1.1 kit. Two thumbs up to @eric for the redesign. It went together like a charm and worked the first time. The layout is perfect!

@eric, I can't seem to find documentation on this, but I could have missed it. I'm installing the BlueSCSI in my SE, and had my old SCSI2SD plugged into the HD activity LED on the front if the case. Is there somewhere on the old 1.0 version of the bluescsi that I can tie into that indicates I/O activity? Thanks!
Ugh. Sorry...I don't know how I missed it. Not sure I'll be desoldering the LED, but I wondered if that might be the solution. Thanks for the information!
Today I assembled my first DB-25 version of the 1.1 BlueSCSI. Went together like a charm, and after troubleshooting my inadequate soldering job on the microSD socket pins, it worked perfectly. Thanks @eric for the new design - it's perfect for the "sneaker net" between my Mac mini and my classic Macs.

Having the same problem as @Elemenoh. The 2 raised sections in the back that are supposed go on either side of the board sit too low causing the sd slot to get bent. But when I snap it in, it pushes the board outward causing the same problem Element had. Plus the power connector sticks forward too much (because the board is pushed outward).
I'm just gonna Dremel off the top raised line in the back so the board goes all the way back.
If I push it down to try to fit it between the raised guides, it crushes the SD slot below.

Very odd - Everyone I prebuild is the same pcb, same case, same everything as the kits I send and they all click together nice and snug. I didn't want to loosten it up anymore as it wouldn't hold it in enough. There should be no gap in the back and the 4 programming pins look like it's not pushed back all the way.
I got rid of the guide so now it sorta fits. The jumpers stick up too high for the lid and the little raised section under the SD slot is bending the slot. Also, pushing the card all thew aback to clear the front raised ledge makes the back of the case bent outward.
I'm gonna Dremel down that SD card ledge and file part of the front ledge back. Maybe cut off the tops of the jumpers too.

I wedged the assembled board at an angle starting from the back, and avoided the problems noted in the previous posts. My only minor issue is the same as the SCSI2SD 5.5 in its case - for both, there is inadequate clearance on the bottom front to plug into the external SCSI port on a Centris 650. No biggie, I just removed the BlueSCSI from the case and it plugs in just fine.
Can you share a photo of the issue on the 650? We tested it on a Quadra 700 and IIci to make sure the lip clears.
And yes I put the back in the notch then press on the left side to snap in, then the right snaps in and it fits snug and no gaps or db25 pins sticking up. I don't have one assembled I front of me but will share some photos when I do.

I've been putting the back of the board in at an angle and then snapping it down right from the start. When you 3D print stuff, you're bound to a dud every now and then. I got the bottom part to fit OK though. The lid is warped and just falls off and won't stay on so I'm just not gonna use it. I clipped off the jumpers so they don't stick up past the case. Here's what I did to make the bottom case fit:
Sure, @eric. I attached a couple of photos. As you can see, the lip on a Centris 650 is rather thick, about 1/2 inch. The BlueSCSI case notch is not big enough to allow the BlueSCSI to plug into the SCSI port. I included a pic with the BlueSCSI case removed, which shows no problem. I figure I could dremel the notch to give the clearance for the Centris 650 but I figured I'd mention it to you.

Yeah, struggling to find the STL files for the 1.1 version.
@rikerjoe - it looks like you had the case for the DB25 version. Where'd you get that? Looks like the STLs in the git repo is still just for 1.0 version.
yes I was thinking the same but about DB-25 female to female so you can connect a SCSI cable to it
