Oh interesting, I think I saw 1GB, but that divided by 8 is 128MB.
I think there is a Novatech SOC which I think has embedded memory. I’ll attach some photos to this post, but I don’t think I see any other chips that could be RAM related.

I wanted to look at the display, or the exact type, to see the differences between the A, B and C models. I dropped the display, I tried to catch it and I brushed against a glass bottle which then fell directly onto the display. Now it is broken, you can only see very faintly that the backlight is still working. Well, the device still works, but it's difficult to use when flying blind :-(what happened?

I think it's not 1GB , above in this document there is 16KB data cache (upper case B) , almost used for bytes, below at built-in memory they used 1Gb (lower case b) almost used for bit. :-(I found some info on the NT96658 on a Chinese site. To get the entire doc would entail setting up an account and a credit card. It being China, I was reluctant to go that far. But I was able to screen shot the first spec pages that may or may not help you guys. See attached DOCX file. It does have 1GB of ram.
I did it about a month or so ago to a wolverine pro and the kodak C unit. I found that the CH341a reader I got I had to have the wires backwards. i had the same issue, flipped things around a few times until it was detected in the software. IIRC the red strip didn't align w/the dot on the chipSo, I dismantled the M127 machine and found it has an MX25L3206E ROM chip. I've connected up a CH341a chip programmer with an 8 pin chip clip. When I attempt to dump the ROM from it though it's never detected. I powered the machine back up and it seems to still function so it doesn't appear that I've damaged it in the process. Has anyone attempted to dump the ROM from a MX25L3206E using a CH341a before? Any tips?
